The common conclusion on yesterday’s meeting is that ITA and business associations in BiH will work together on solving this issue.
It will further consider the possibility that the company (exporter) may incorporate only those types of goods that are produced in BiH and exported outside BiH , and that its appearance and the way of packaging clearly identifiable in the simplified customs procedures at border crossing. From the ITA announced that in this respect they expect concrete proposals by CN codes only for goods produced in BiH and that is exported outside of BiH.
In this way, the ITA will further meet and support export-oriented domestic production according to the applicable legal procedures. According to them, the validity of the authorization issued later will be extended for the time required of granting new consents for simplified customs procedures per invoice.
Instruction on simplified customs procedures by invoice entered into force earlier this year, and entrepreneurs are looking modify the instructions in the direction of returning to the state that it was possible previously applicable instructions.
