In the “Official Gazette of BiH” No. 44/20 of July 24, 2020, the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on the Application of the Law on VAT was published. The Rulebook entered into force on August 1, 2020.
Subsequently, on December 4, 2020, in the “Official Gazette of BiH” No. 78/20, the Instruction on conducting the procedure of VAT refund to foreign taxpayers was published.
