Joy, enthusiasm, learning and teamwork with Coke Summership for 20 students
On 12 July 2016, in Sarajevo started a unique program Coca-Cola summer practice called Coke Summership. Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo is gathered 20 participants of the first generation of programs that have been selected from over 900 applicants. The first day of the program was spent in getting to know the company, program and mentors, learning and fun will continue through the next six weeks in which participants will have the opportunity to learn about innovative methods of doing business that the world’s largest brand run for more than 130 years. Under the slogan “The joy, enthusiasm, learning and teamwork,” summer practice program will run until the end of August. Twenty practitioners from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will go through a comprehensive preparation for their future careers through education and mentoring. The program represents a combination of education, which includes lectures, interactive workshops and training sessions, field work and practical work on concrete projects of Coca-Cola in BiH.
More than 900 young people from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past three months have registered for participation in the Coca-Cola summer practice program. After the first round of selection, 60 respondents have passed the assessment process, and 20 best candidates entered the program. “The fact that you are here today is already a great achievement. You have gone through very serious process of evaluation and selection, and you need to know that the reason why you are elected among nearly a thousand candidates, are the character and attitude. This is what we define as talent. Coke Summership program has been created for you, extraordinary and ambitious young people who will, I hope, in the future become members of our team and leaders who will contribute to the development of BiH society. For us at Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo, this is an opportunity to contribute to our community by providing support for solving the problem of young people unemployment, to pass on our knowledge, experience and best practices of the Coca-Cola system. With you, we will share what we do best – knowledge of business operations … and the magic of Coca-Cola.
