The White Book is an important reform document that contains in one place, current key open issues and obstacles that investors face in BiH, as well as specific recommendations for improving existing legal solutions and administrative procedures, so that the line ministries and other competent institutions could refer them to the legislative procedure and thus jointly contribute to the overall business environment in BiH to make it as business-friendly and convenient as possible.

 

The purpose of the White Book is adoption of efficient and cost-effective laws and regulations aimed at removing legal and procedural obstacles to business. Through the White Book, the FIC members by their experiences and suggestions, greatly assist the BiH authorities to make BiH a place of simpler and lucrative business and an investment-friendly country.
