TBG BH took over W & M concrete plant – Top Concrete in new locations

“The market of our country has great potential for development where an important role is played by the construction sector,” said Ehlimana Šehmehmedović, director of TBG BH. “The acquisition of assets of the company W & P Concrete fits perfectly with our plans to boost supply in the urban centers of the country where greater investments are expected. Reinforced with two new concrete plants we now, in addition to the highest quality products on the market, have a strong logistical position, and we are able, together with our partners, to deliver superior products and services for any complex project” adds Šehmehmedović.

New concrete plants are currently working on the reconstruction of equipment and decoration factory circles, and will apply the new corporate design of HeidelbergCement Group, which is based on the green and white logo of the company.

With the acquisition of additional concrete plants we strengthen our capacity to supply a demanding market, our customers and to enable faster delivery. We are counting on all serious and demanding infrastructure facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and now we have better position to strengthen our sales logistics, delivery efficiency and achieve additional synergies, ” said Branimir Muidža, director of HeidelbergCement for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.

The TBG expects that the first amount of concrete from newcomers concrete plant to be delivered as early as July.
