In 2021 Investors, Mr. Bulent Divrik and Mr. Mustafa Altan, acquired 100% share capital of the Majdan Kuti d.o.o. in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mr. Divrik and Mr. Altan, are the owners and founders of the renowned Turkish company Divrik İnşaat ve Mühendislik LTD. ŞTİ. which owns and manages several quarries throughout the Republic of Turkey. It is a company with 40 years of experience in construction sector, closely specialized in the management of facilities for the exploitation and processing of technical stone, and the quality of the work of this company is best expressed by the international standards and certificates it possesses, above all ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 – Occupational health and safety management system, and ISO 14001:2004 – Environmental management systems. Some of the most significant projects they have worked on are: several lots as part of the TANAP (Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline) project, Sivas-Karacayir highway, asphalt and infrastructure works as part of EXPO 2016 Antalya, Ayr-Bogazliyan highway, etc.
