The funds, which are extended to the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and on-lent to the public utility company JKP Vodovod Cazin, will be used to finance the expansion of the wastewater collection network and the construction of a wastewater treatment plant. Law on amendments to the Law on Enterprises of BiH, whose proposal affirmed by Federal government at yesterday's session, represents the realization of obligations from the Memorandum of cooperation signed in Sarajevo on October 7, 2011 between Foreign Investors Council and federal Prime Minister Mr. Niksic with the aim of removing legal barriers and administrative obstacles for investment in the Federation of BiH.
