On October 29, 2015 in Sarajevo – FIC BiH held a meeting of Cooperation Council (CC). The topic of this meeting was NEW FBiH Labour Law implementation – FIC recommendations to Governments. The guest speaker at the meeting was Ms. Emina Sarac, Head of Human Resources at Raiffeisen bank d.d. BiH and FIC Labour Law working group Team leader.
Ms. Sarac presented on behalf of FIC what are the views and perspectives of new law and problems within the implementation phase. The guests discuss issues and come together to findings that will be put in new White Book but also sent to institutions in order to have efficient implementation. The guests agreed to give support in FIC efforts to ensure the proper implementation of the new Labour law and to eliminate the barriers and concerns which disable normal economic development. After presentation a CC members, representatives of international associations/organisations and foreign embassies in BiH had a very constructive interactive discussion on issues when it comes to interpretation of the questionable provisions of the new Labour law.
