Mr. Branimir Muidza – President

Country General Manager at Heidelberg Cement Group

Mr. Branimir Muidza is Country General Manager at Heidelberg Cement Group, Kakanj cement in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Chairman of Supervisory Board TBG BH. For the last seven years he has been present at the company in various managing roles. Prior to joining Heidelberg Cement Group, Mr. Muidza was a Broker agent and Analyst with Croatian company Flacius Vrijednosnice (Securities) d.o.o. for three years. He has also ran the company Financije i Racunovodstvo d.o.o. in Croatia. He holds B.A. degree in Finance from University of the Economy and the Tourism, Rijeka, Pula, Croatia. Mr Muidza is Licensed Broker Agent for Trading Securities in Croatia.

Mr Muidza has successfully completed various career and management developmental programs organized by Business School St. Gallen, Harvard and Management Center Europe; and within the HeidelbergCement Group such as: Senior Management Development Program delivered by INSEAD, CEE Management Development Program and HC Executive Development Program.

He is a Board member of the Association for promotion of German - BiH business affairs and a member of Advisory Board of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Economics. Mr. Muidza was elected as Business-man of the year in BiH for 2006 and 2007. In addition, he was SAP Project leader in 2001, 1st SAP implementation ever in BiH.

Mr. Edin Hrnjica

General Manager of the ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo

Mr. Edin Hrnjica was born on December 30th 1974 in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina. After graduation at the Faculty of Economics, at the University of Sarajevo in 1998, he joined the Micro Enterprise Bank Sarajevo - now ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo.

He has more than 18 years of experience in banking, extensive experience in Payments, Treasury, Retail and especially in the field of small and medium business operations. Since 2012 Mr. Hrnjica has been the General Manager and Chairman of the Management Board of the ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo. Prior to this, Mr Hrnjica was an Executive Director in the ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo (previously the Micro Enterprise Bank) and a Division Manager of Treasury and Payment.

Additional professional education and training of Mr. Hrnjica includes: three years of educational program in the ProCredit Bank Academy (ProCredit Holding, Frankfurt), International Payments (Commerzbank AG Frankfurt, Dresdner Bank Frankfurt, Deutche Bank in Frankfurt) , Financial derivate (EBRD, London), Documentary business (Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt), Management training (Swartz and Parents, Frankfurt), HR management (Gentis, Zagreb), Public relation and public appearance (Pro Educa, Sarajevo), Training and trainers (Ivona Simić, Belgrade). Mr. Hrnjica possesses a long-term management experience and is oriented toward developing and coaching of other to reach their fullest potential.

Mr. Ian Brown

Head of EBRD's office

Mr. Ian Brown is the Head of EBRD's office in BiH since October 2014, but has been a long term resident of the Balkans. He joined EBRD in 2008 working as the regional coordinator of the EBRD's power and energy team in the Western Balkans, based in Belgrade.

From 2002 to 2008 he worked for the European Union's European Agency for Reconstruction in Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro, as head of the Agency's energy sector. Prior to 2002 he worked in Romania and in Hungary as an EU adviser to the Ministry of Industry in both countries.

Mr. Izet Imamović

General Manager and chairman of the Management Board at Cement Factory Lukavac

Mr. Izet Imamovic is the General Manager and chairman of the Management Board at Cement Factory Lukavac. He joined Fabrika cementa Lukavac in 1977 after graduation at Faculty of chemical engineering at the University of Tuzla being in charge for the cement milling and later as Production Manager for the whole production process.

1993 Mr. Imamovic has been appointed as a general manager and has held this position over the past 22 years.

Since 2011 Mr. Imamovic has represented the employers at the Economic and Social Council in Tuzla Canton, as well as holding the second mandate as Member of the Management Board of Chamber of Commerce in Tuzla Canton.

Mr. Imamovic was awarded as Manager of the year in Tuzla Canton 1999, Manager of the year in BiH 2000 and Manager of the year for Southeast Europe 2004.

Ms Jasmina Lopicic

Executive Director for Finance - M:tel a.d. Banja Luka

Ms. Jasmina Lopicic has more than 10 years of experience in telecommunication sector in financing, accounting and budgeting issues. Since 2007, Ms Lopicic is Executive Director for Finance at Telekom Srpske.

In the period from 2001 till 2008 she held various positions at Telekom Srbije - Member of the Management Board, Member of the Supervisory Board, Director for Budgeting and Control Sector, Chief Officer of Budgeting and Control Division and Head of Operational Control Department. Prior to joining Telekom Srbija, Ms Lopicic was a Senior Economist at Public Enterprise PTT traffic "Srbija".

She holds B.S. in Economics from Belgrade University. In addition, she is completing post graduate studies at Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.

Ms. Lopicic is a re-elected member for the fourth term of the FIC Board of Directors.

Karlheinz Dobnigg

CEO of Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosna i Hercegovina

Mr. Karlheinz Dobnigg has been working in the banking sector for 21 years. He has served since 2014 as the CEO of Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosna i Hercegovina. Dobnigg has direct responsibility for the following board areas: Treasury & Financial Markets & Investment Banking, Marketing & Corporate Communications & Sustainability Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Secretariat. Additionally, he manages the subsidiaries of the Raiffeisen Group in B&H.

He holds a Master of Economics degree in finance, banking and insurance. Before becoming the CEO of Raiffeisen BANK d.d. Bosna i Hercegovina, Dobnigg gained profound working experience as Board Member in the same bank, as well as in various management positions in such other banks as Nova Banjalučka Banka, HVB Central Profit Banka and Bank Austria Creditanstalt. He also acts as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen LEASING d.o.o. Sarajevo and Member of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen INVEST d.o.o. Sarajevo.

In January 2017, Dobnigg took over the function of President of the Board of the Banking Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is currently also a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Investors Council.

Mr. Nikhil Mehta

CFO at ArcerolMittal Zenica

Nikhil Mehta is CFO of ArcelorMittal Zenica. For last 8 years he has been present in variety of roles. As a CFO he also is in charge of IT systems of ArcelorMittal Zenica. Nikhil Mehta is a Chartered Accountant from Mumbai - India.

He has total work experience of 18 years in various industries which includes, working as finance & commercial manager for 10 years of which 3 years with indenting/supply & servicing of laboratory instruments and 5 years with Aluminium Industry in MOBASA Kenya (Kenya Aluminium Rolling Mills), 2 years in Voltas Ltd (Tata Group of Companies) as finance & commercial manager before joining ArcelorMittal.

Nikhil Mehta has played a key role in implementation of SAP in ArcelorMittal Zenica. He has a good knowledge of aluminium & steel making process. His expertise includes cost controlling & reduction, cash flow & working capital management, SOX compliance, liasoning with government authorities, banks & financial institutes for banking products like project financing, factoring, etc. Presently he is also leading the Power Plant Project which is going to be a new joint venture company in Zenica.

Mr. Mirko Vincetić

Director at IMO Junior

Mirko Vincetic is an economist with 27 years of professional experience, including 20 years in private business. In the former Yugoslavia, he worked in the Social Accounting Service (which is the forerunner of the current Tax Administration) and the Federal Government of Yugoslavia.

As director of IMO JUNIOR company, Mr. Vincetic in the last 10 years provides services of foreign VAT refund to legal entities that are registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina. IMO JUNIOR provides service of foreign VAT refund as an exclusive representative of the Swiss company Cash Back which is the European leader in this field.

Mr. Vincetic is author of the Initiative for amendment of the VAT Rulebook in BiH which enabled BiH companies to refund foreign VAT from the countries from which it has not been possible, such as Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Switzerland and so on. Mr. Vincetić performs this service throughout the EX YU region through its offices in Zagreb, Belgrade and Skopje. He has a lot of expert skill in terms of legislation on VAT in the region and EU countries.

He is the Winner of the Best Manager of Cash Back Group award in Helsinki for 2009. He has also received award of the Best Manager of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2010. The award was given as a recognition of the implementation of the idea of
​​the foreign VAT refund in BiH market.

He is a member of the Association of Employers' in Federation of BiH and Vice President of the General Assembly. He is a member of the Association of Tax Consultants of Serbia. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers of Croatia. A member of the Association of Managers of Republic of Macedonia

Ms. Mubera Brković - Treasurer

Tax & Legal Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Ms. Brković is a Country Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax and Advisory doo, Sarajevo pwc. She leads the PwC tax and legal practice in BiH. She has more than 15 years of experience, extensive experience in tax due diligence, tax planning, and tax compliance.

She joined PwC in 2008 from the Indirect Tax Authority, where she held the position of Tax Inspector for large clients. She has advised many international businesses on the tax and related aspects of acquiring companies and expanding into the region, including leading teams in tax due diligence.

She is Team leader of FIC Working Group on Tax.

Ms. Nedžida Salihović-Whalen

Attorney at Law in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz

Ms. Nedzida Salihovic-Whalen is an attorney at law working in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Vienna since 2009. Ms.

Salihovic-Whalen is a qualified Bosnian attorney with 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer for local and international companies in BiH, during which she advised on commercial, banking and corporate matters. She holds LLM from a US university and advises foreign corporations in the area of corporate, general commercial, procurement, employment and dispute resolution law.

She is experienced in setting up corporate and business structures in BiH and regularly advises clients on the regulatory and commercial environment under Bosnian law. She also represents clients in civil litigation. Ms. Salihovic-Whalen was a member of several international legal working groups and took part in drafting laws regarding legal and economic reforms in BiH.

Mrs. Sandra Kasalo-Fazlic

Ms. Sandra Kasalo-Fazlić, MSc, was born in 1969 Sarajevo, where she graduated from grammar school. She then pursued her studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Sarajevo, University of Sarajevo and obtained her MSc from School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo. Sandra possesses over 19 years of managerial experience, acquired in various international companies and organisations. Since 2009, she has acted as the Head of Representative Office of Japan Tobacco International in BiH. Prior to this, Sandra was a Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications at Coca-Cola HBC, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations Department at SOS-Kinderdorf Int. She gained her first working experience in printed media in the capacity of internal and foreign policy journalist.

In parallel with above business and professional activities, Sandra acts as strategic management consultant. She co-authored a UNDP publication targeted to managers in BiH „How to Become Socially Responsible Company”. In addition, Ms. Kasalo-Fazlić is actively involved in several business associations in BiH, including the FIC in BiH.

She is married and a mother of two.

Mr. Srdjan Pesevic

CEO at G-Petrol d.o.o. Sarajevo

Srdjan Pesevic, graduated economics at Karl Franzens University in Graz, Austria in 2009. In the period from 2009 to 2013 he worked in Deloitte in Banja Luka, in auditing and financial consultancy with special focus on tax issues.

In March 2013 he started working for NIS GAZPROM NEFT group in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the position of CFO. At the end of 2015 he was appointed as CEO of the NIS GAZPROM NEFT Group in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Srdjan Pesevic is one of the founders of the "Petroleum Committee in BiH", which was established and started operations in 2016 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and has already become a member of the World Petroleum Council. Mr. Pesevic is also a board member of the Committee.

He actively participated in the working group for taxes and fiscal policy at the Foreign Investors Council. He speaks English and German.

Mr. Stevan Dimitrijevic

Partner at Law Office Dimitrijević&Partners

Stevan's particular areas of expertise include dispute resolution before the courts and international arbitration; M&A and general corporate; bankruptcy and competition. He advises clients in all aspects of legal structuring of their business in the country and in cross border formations. Industries: energy and infrastructure, mining, telecom and media.

Stevan is also a council member of the European Forum of IBA. He has just received a jubilee award from the Law Faculty in Banjaluka, Republic of Srpska, for his contribution to legal profession in the country. Stevan is serving as the member of the Board of FIC for more than a decade.

Mr. Valentin Ilievski

CEO Messer BH Gas d.o.o. & Messer Tehnoplin d.o.o.

Mr. Valentin Ilievski, CEO of Messer BH Gas, Mechanical Engineering, was born on October 16th 1968 in Kumanovo / Macedonia, as a German with Macedonian roots, he is married and has three children. For many years he lived and worked in Germany, the Netherlands and China. In his productive and successful management career he has gained many years of international experience in leading companies in the machinery industry.

He specialized in the strategic reorganization and development of enterprises. Since October 2008 he has been CEO of Messer BH Gas d.o.o and Messer Tehnoplin d.o.o. in BiH. Ilievski is Manager of the Year 2009, 2011 and 2012, awarded for large business operations in BiH by Independent Agency for Selection and Manager Promotion. In 2015 he was elected manager of a decade in BiH.

Ms. Visnja Dizdarevic

Partner and Head of the Marić & Co Law Litigation Department

Ms. Visnja Dizdarevic is a Partner and Head of the Litigation Department in Marić& Co Law firm with over 12 years of practice. Visnja's in-depth knowledge of the law and her great ability to make clear instructions brought her to this position and 7 junior lawyers, associates and apprentices under her direct supervision.

Over the years, Višnja has been personally engaged in different litigation proceedings with years of experience in resolving legal disputes for many clients. In addition, she made several studies for different clients, most of them regarding the investment possibilities in BiH, impacts of mergers to the local companies, laws on competition, public offer of shares, loans of the international creditors to the local microcredit organizations and financing of the microcredit organizations, as well as due diligence.

Višnja Dizdarević's work also included the consultant services and solutions for the purposes of many important projects, including the project related to the initial operation of the Independent System Operator for the Transmission System in B-H and for Electric Energy Transmission Company of B-H and Debt Advice Center Project funded by the International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group.

Ms. Dizdarevic professional capacities were additionally recognized by Allen &Overy which invited her to be part of their Global Academy. Courses in that Academy included drafting of the contracts compliant with the EU laws. Višnja Dizdarević is the member of International Bas Association (IBA) and International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) National Representative for BiH.

Višnja Dizdarević provided the legal advice on incorporation and registration of the FIC at Ministry of Justice of BiH. Moreover, she participated in preparing the White Book 2010/11, as the most important publication produced by the Foreign Investors Council, as the team leader for the Law on Execution Proceedings issues.
